Winter Necklace Work

The kids are really enjoying our new "winter" necklace work. We've had this necklace work out on the shelf for most of the year but we switch out the pieces depending on the unit we are on. This is building great fine motor skills and the kids really like their seasonal necklaces. (:

As you see in this picture, we have the kids keep one end of the string clipped to a clothespin. We have found that it helps keep the pieces on the necklace while they are working.
